Abstract

Indian Citation Index database is a powerful tool to search, track, and measure and collaborate in the sciences, social sciences, arts, and humanities. This article discusses the published research articles, citations and self-citations in the Material Science journals which are available in Indian Citation Index. There are 3,699 articles published from Six Material Science journals. Among the 6 Bulletin Material Science journal occupies first position with 1,619(43.77%) articles and Indian Journal of Engineering & Materials Sciences occupies second rank with 750(20.28%) articles. Journal of Mines Metals & Fuels is in third 425(11.49%).
