A Study on Consumer Buying Behaviour with special Reference at Pharmacy Retail
Abstract
The organized pharmacy retail sector in India has witnessed significant growth due to increasing health awareness, changing consumer lifestyles, and the rapid expansion of digital healthcare services. Understanding consumer buying behaviour has become essential for pharmacy retailers to enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen customer loyalty, and remain competitive in the market. This study aims to examine the factors influencing consumer buying behaviour towards one of India's leading organized pharmacy retail chains. The study specifically investigates the impact of product quality, medicine availability, pricing, customer service, pharmacist guidance, promotional offers, and digital services on customers' purchasing decisions.
