This study examines customer buying behavior, purchasing frequency, factors influencing purchase decisions, and customer satisfaction levels. The findings indicate that product quality, price, brand image, promotional offers, and customer service significantly affect purchasing behavior and satisfaction. Satisfied customers are more likely to become loyal customers and recommend products to others.
