Employee motivation is a key factor influencing job satisfaction and organizational performance. This study examines the role of employee motivation on job satisfaction among employees at Branded retail apparel store, Vijayawada. The study aims to identify the relationship between motivational factors on employees' level of job satisfaction. A descriptive research design was adopted, and primary data were collected from 60 employees using a structured questionnaire, while secondary data were obtained from books, journals, and company reports. Percentage analysis, correlation, and simple linear regression were used to analyse the data. The findings indicate that employees generally have positive perceptions regarding rewards, recognition, training, and the work environment. Correlation analysis revealed a very strong positive relationship between employee motivation on job satisfaction (r = 0.9919), while regression analysis confirmed that employee motivation significantly influences job satisfaction. The study concludes that effective motivational practices, including fair rewards, recognition, career development opportunities, and supportive leadership, play a vital role in enhancing employee satisfaction and organizational performance.
