Abstract

The financial services industry has undergone significant transformation with the emergence of Financial Technology (FinTech), leading to the widespread adoption of digital investment solutions. Robo-advisory services have become an important innovation in wealth management by offering automated, algorithm-based investment advice that is cost-effective, accessible, and tailored to investors' financial goals and risk profiles. These platforms have gained popularity among mutual fund investors by simplifying the investment process and promoting informed financial decision-making. The findings reveal that a majority of respondents are aware of robo-advisory services and consider them convenient, user-friendly, and economical. The study indicates that robo-advisory platforms positively influence mutual fund investment decisions by providing personalized investment recommendations, encouraging Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), improving portfolio management, and enhancing investor confidence. The study concludes that robo-advisory services have significantly contributed to improving investment accessibility and decision-making among mutual fund investors associated with NJ Wealth Pvt. Ltd. By leveraging advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytics, robo-advisory platforms support efficient financial planning and encourage long-term wealth creation.
