Abstract

In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, the synergy of entrepreneurship and innovation management is pivotal for sustainable growth. Entrepreneurship entails identifying and creating opportunities through innovation, resource allocation, and risk-taking. The entrepreneurial mindset, marked by creativity, adaptability, and resilience, underpins success. Diverse entrepreneurial types, from solopreneurs to social entrepreneurs, enrich this ecosystem. Concurrently, innovation management comprises a structured process that transforms creative ideas into tangible value. It ranges from product and process innovation to organizational and business model innovation. Together, entrepreneurship and innovation management forge a dynamic partnership, propelling organizations to thrive amidst constant change and uncertainty, securing their place at the forefront of progress.
