Mapping of Computer Science Publications: A Study Based on Scimago Journal and Country Rank Database

Abstract

This paper discusses about the computer science publications and its citation available in the Scimago Journal and Country Rank data base by the authors from top 15 countries (based on publications). The relevant data are collected from Scimago Journal and Country Rank data base and it was analyzed. It shows among the computer science publications totally 1088254 articles are published the maximum of 298144 (27.40%) articles published by United States followed by China with 258739 (23.78%) publications and India is in 11th position with 32188 (2.96%) publications during the study period.
