Abstract

Quality is variously defined. One perception is excellence (Aristotle), yet the ultimate objective of bringing perfection as per the measures of customer preference, imparts the subject of quality the exquisite importance it deserves. One meaning of Quality is “a system of maintaining standards in manufactured products by testing a sample of the output against the specification” is the product attribution as standardized or specified, by the legislative authority or by customer respectively.
